The vineyards in Fattoria Paterno are Sangiovese, black Canaiolo, Trebbiano and white Malvasia grapes.
Sangiovese and Canaiolo are grown for the production of Chianti, while Trebbiano is mostly used for the production of Vin Santo.
Sangiovese fine wine is settled in small French oak barrels called barriques. Only the finest selection of grapes are used in the production of Sangiovese wine.
